In my first collegiate season at Concordia University , I was able to work into the LSM rotation going 2:1 reps with the starting All-American. In the Second game of the season, while playing defense in a lateral movement, I stepped incorrectly and felt an immediate pop and onset of pain. An orthopedic surgeon later determined I had torn both my ACL and meniscus. on March 22nd of 2018, I underwent a knee reconstruction to repair both the acl and meniscus. After 9 long months of a bumpy recovery, i returned to play.
After earning a starting position i played the first 4 games of the season very well. In the 5th game of the season i managed to tweak my knee again but finished playing the game. This weekend was a double header, which meant i had to play in a game the following day which i did. To start the week my knee has swelled immensely and after further imaging it was confirmed that I had torn the right meniscus again.
In early April of 2019 I underwent a simple meniscus repair. after another 3 months of recovery i returned to the field but not as the same player. Constant pain, inflammation, and stiffness lead to many missed practices and even 2 games. I felt that i had exhausted all possible solutions when my cousin recommended Electro-Equiscope. After 2 sessions of electro-equiscope my knee experienced immediate relief with no more pain, inflammation, or stiffness being present. The remainder of the season, I was not only able to play in every game but also did not miss a remaining practice. Following this accelerated success, I began to use Electro-Equiscope for any type of injury/issue i was experiencing and it benefited me greatly every single time! I was able to play another 2 years with 0 limitations.
